Your rate will be calculated according to the number of seats required and the distance traveled. Other factors may be considered in order to provide you with the personalized service you require.
Your rate is a flat rate per month payable in full on or before the first of each month; this includes the months of December, January and March when there is a scheduled break.
Daily rates are available for periodic riders and will be based on time and distance. Please contact the office for more details.
Regular Rates apply from June 30th to August 30th. Seasonal Rates apply from September 1 to October 31. Winter rates apply from November 1 to June 30th.
We always offer discounts to families with more than one child riding on the bus. Rates vary according to distance, times and locations.
Payments are due on or before the first of every month. When you register, your rate is secure for the full year provided that your payments are received on time. Should your payment be received after the first, a late fee of $20 will apply. If a late payment occurs, your rate will automatically go up to the seasonal rate.
Seats are reserved on a first come - first serve basis.
A non-refundable deposit of half your monthly fee is required with all registration to secure your seat(s).
Two weeks notice is required upon cancellation. For those of you with a deposit on file, your deposit will be used during that time. A refund will not be issued if service is cancelled without the full two weeks notice.
Service is automatically suspended when your payment runs out so be sure payments are received by the first of the month to avoid re-start fees.
If the account is in arrears for more than a two week period the deposit will have run out and service will be cancelled. In this instance a $25 restart fee will apply along with a deposit replenishment.
Should a CUPE strike occur, or any situation that may disrupt regular classes, payment is still required as per contract. Depending on the length and circumstances of the occurrence a rebate may be applied to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: DrivinU reserves the right to cancel service at any time due to dangerous road conditions. Tune into 680 AM radio or CP24 for bus cancellation information, we follow TDSB protocol. Should this occur no refund or credit will be issued.
In cases of breakdown or other operating issues if a back-up vehicle is not available a refund will be credited to your account to compensate you for the inconvenience.

Should sanitization be required due to vomit, bleeding, excrement, urination, etc., it costs the company $80 to sanitize the bus, in the event that this occurs with your child, the cost will be split with you 50/50 on the first occurrence and the full $80 will be the clients responsibility upon reoccurrence.
Rates for group busing are determined according to distance, time, dates and the number of riders. Other factors may need to be considered in order to provide any specialized service required.
A deposit of 1/2 the rate quoted is required upon booking to reserve a bus. Two weeks (14 days) notice is required for cancellation. Your deposit will not be refunded without the full two weeks notice.
